Empower your body, expand your mind and realign body, mind, and spirit - as Fiena partners with Sanctum; a 55-minute, music-led immersive class fusing high-intensity movement, breathwork, meditation, and storytelling.

Designed to unlock human potential by guiding you to your physical edge and mindful euphoria, we will do this class together, before heading to the special garden for a coffee or lunch together, in the perfect July members recharge - combining summer fitness with outdoor socials.

‍Arrive at 10:30am for an 11:00am class start.The class will finish at 12:00pm, after which we’ll head to the Members Garden for a members’ social.

Sanctum classes are £30 and Fiena Members are enjoying a 70% discount, as we partner with Ladbroke Hall, and will enter as Ladbroke Hall Patrons, receiving the class for £10
